During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the elegant and cozy rooms with comfortable beds and the wide range of menu choices, including vegetarian options. The hotel's prime location, in the heart of the city, made it convenient for us to explore the nearby tourist spots. the hotel’s friendly staff was always ready to offer assistance with any inquiry we had during our stay.

The bathroom was not cleaned adequately, with traces of stains and hair left behind. certain amenities, such as the room service, were not up to our expectations, with delayed service and mistakes in our order.
